The Walking:
On Sunday we meet at 9.30 in Lyme Regis and take a mini-bus to the start of the walk. At about 12.30 we arrive at the Harbour Inn in Lyme Regis for a tasty vegetarian lunch. We finish at about 2 pm. We have a choice of inland and coastal walks, depending on the weather.
Please wear suitable footwear - walking boots, not trainers. We have a selection of walks depending upon the weather, so bring wellies and a waterproof if it looks like rain.
The Yoga Class - The yoga classes are suitable for those who wish to improve their yoga practice and will be carefully structured to benefit both keen beginners and the more experienced. They are held in a small hall, with beautiful views overlooking the sea in Lyme Regis. Equipment is available, but feel free to bring your own.
 On Saturday morning, we work from 10 am until 1 pm. After an hour for light lunch, we work from 2 pm until 4 pm.
