Wrong size ? - no problem!
If you find that any garment is the wrong size or does not fit and you need to swap it for another size, please contact our Customer Services Dept. on 44-(0)870-241-7274 and we will advise you of how and where to send it back.
You will need to stipulate whether you wish for a refund or an exchange. Garments that have been worn beyond trying them on may not, at our discretion be refunded. We will however not unreasonably withold exchange and/or refund. Just return the garments within 30 days under our no quibble guarantee and we will sort things out to your satisfaction.
