Trade descriptions
We have made every effort to ensure photography, descriptions and details are accurate. However, slight differences in colours and textures may occur and manufacturers’ product specifications may change slightly after going to press. Please note all measurements are approximate.
Security
All of your transactions at Yoga Ez are secure.
Our secure server encrypts all of your personal information (including name, address, credit card number) so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. When you enter this information it is captured on a page that uses the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol by default. Yoga Ez provides you with the best possible protection on the Internet.
Order confirmation
Once you have placed an order we will send you confirmation of your order by e-mail.
Stock availability
We do endeavour to hold all stock at all times. However it is occasionally the case that only a limited amount of stock is available due to the specialist nature of either the goods or the suppliers who are often small families or collectives with limited manufacturing capacity. In some cases an item may prove to be extremely popular and we may have sold out of this item. If stock is not available for any reason then we will part-ship the rest of your order and will inform you about the expected delivery time of the out of stock item.
Prices
All our prices displayed in UK pounds sterling. Local taxes and duties outside the EU are the responsibility of the shopper or recipient in the country of destination
Payment options
We accept Visa Purchasing, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, JCB, Switch, Solo, Maestro, Delta and Visa Electron(UK only) cards. Payment may be made over our secure payment system or by phone through the number shown at the bottom of each product page. Please note that payment can be made in Sterling, US Dollars or Euros. A drop down option is offered on the credit card payment page.
Other currencies are accepted, however they will be converted by your card supplier into your own currency. This may carry conversion charges.
Please note: Currency prices are approximate on the site and from the calculator and may vary slightly to the daily rate applicable at time of purchase.
Phone payments will be transacted in Sterling.
Cheques can be mailed to us made payable to Yoga-ez - please print your order with reference numbers (found next to each product) and send with payment. Please allow seven working days for cheque clearance. Contact us for bank details if you wish to transfer payment direct into our account.
If an order or part of an order is not in stock your card will be charged at the time of order. We will inform you of any part order that is out of stock and allow you to decide whether to send the order seperately.
Some of our items are direct despatch and are charged at time of order. Please allow up to 28 days for direct despatch items to arrive although most items take a lot less than that - mostly 3/4 days from notification of order. These items are marked 
The Yoga Ez Guarantee
We really want you to be delighted with the quality of our goods, but if anything does not meet with your satisfaction or with the clothing the size needs changing, please return the items within 30 days of purchase and in their original condition and packaging for an exchange or refund.( Please note, unless goods are defective or damaged shipping is non- refundable in the case of cancellation of complete order)
Please also note that any media as DVD,CD or other is non returnable or refundable unless in the case of defective goods.

If you wish to cancel an order you have the right to cancel within seven days of your contract with us (your purchase) or within seven days of having received the goods (whichever is the longer). We will refund the total amount of money paid by you for the goods, less any collection costs and postage, within 30 days from the day on which we receive your notice of cancellation in writing. Refunds for valid claims will be made via the same method of payment as used to place the order. Please check here for full details needed to be followed in returning goods.
Please be sure to include the following details with all returns: Your name, daytime telephone number, order number, and the reason for the return.
You must return the goods to us at your cost and we advise you to insure the goods adequately. If returned products are lost we will not be liable for them. If you have not returned the goods within 14 days of cancellation, or if you request it, we can collect the goods from you at your cost. Note: If you request us to arrange for a courier collection we are unable to specify the collection time and someone needs to be present when the courier comes.
In respect of holidays, retreats, workshops and all events that are advertised and promoted by Yoga-ez, any deposits, full payments or part payments are non refundable by Yoga-ez in the event of cancellation by the participant. Any refunds on such events are the sole responsibility of the advertising event organiser or organisation advertising on Yoga-ez.
It is to be understood that any booking through Yoga-ez accepts this position.
If in the event of cancellation by the organiser, it is at the sole discretion of
Yoga-ez that any repayments or part payments are then made directly to the participant by Yoga-ez.
It is important that any participant make sure they are adequately insured against cancellation by the organisers.
It is to be understood that individual cases will be sympathetically reviewed by Yoga-ez and Yoga-ez will have the sole discretion to refund.
In all cases any refunds for events will be subject to a £50 administration charge.
Damages or defective goods
We endeavour to supply goods that are free from defects in materials and workmanship. You should inspect the goods when you receive them for defects or damage and notify our customer services department (0870 241 72 74 in the UK). For overseas customers dial +44 - 870 241 72 74 as soon as possible if there are problems. Please retain all documents and packaging. Refunds and /or replacements are as per our guarantee above.

Vegans/vegetarians
All products are not tested on animals and are suitable for vegetarians unless otherwise stated. Non-vegan products are marked with an asterisk *.
Business customers
If you are a business or if the goods are used wholly or in part for business purposes we will not be liable to you for any business loss including loss of profits (whether direct or indirect), business data, revenue, goodwill, or incidental, or consequential loss that you may suffer as a result of the purchase of goods from us. Any other liability will be limited to the price paid for the goods. We do not exclude our liability for fraud or for death or personal injury. For us performance time is not of the essence. Returns are subject to a 20% handling fee. You will not export any goods purchased from us in contravention of United States of America export controls.
If you have a credit account with us payment is due in the number of days specified in the invoice. If payment is not received within 30 days of the date of our invoice we may charge interest for late payment calculated daily at 4% above Nat West base rate both before and after judgement.
Please be aware that the Distance Selling Regulations do not apply to Business Customers.
Server outages and operational integrity
If, in the very unlikely event that either the site or affiliated sites with Yoga-ez are adversely affected or taken down, or made unable to access, trade or interact with due to events and occurances outside of our direct control, Yoga-ez, its partners and any affiliated businesses can in no way be held responsible for any losses that are incurred as a result of this happening. Furthermore any failure of the site to operate from time to time within the control of Yoga-ez, will in no way make Yoga-ez responsible for any losses that may be incurred by these happenings or for any subsequent problems that may be experienced by visitors, businesses or affiliates dealing with Yoga-ez. It is however Yoga-ez's stated policy and intention to keep the site in the best working order possible for people to interact and enjoy their visit and experience. We endeavour at all times to maintain a professional and informative site to all who visit and participate with Yoga-ez.com.
