Delivery - Shipping
Our fulfilment is processed under the title of Yoga-ez
Mainland UK delivery and shipment (excluding Channel Islands)
Our delivery and packing service for all orders up to £150 is calculated on a weight basis where most articles ship for £5.50, including insurance should your goods be lost or damaged en route. For all mainland UK shipment of orders over £150, delivery is FREE of CHARGE.
Process and Packing
Orders are usually processed to arrive with you within 3-5 working days (not including weekends) of us receiving your order however please allow up to 28 days for delivery. On some occasions, products may be out of stock, in which case your order will either be part-shipped, including advice on when the rest of the order will be despatched, or we will inform you that your order is being held until a date when the stock is due to arrive.
If you pay by credit card, the charge for the goods is taken at time of order; direct dispatch items are also charged at time of order. The delivery service may require a signature, so if you expect to be out when the delivery is due, please advise us of a neighbour's address or a secure place where the order can be left so that we may send with no signature requirement. This is not applicable to express deliveries, which usually require a signature.
Express Delivery Shipment ( Mainland UK only, excluding Highlands and BFPO)
At checkout you can choose an express delivery option. The prices for this will be displayed against your order. We’ll send your order to arrive the next working day. NB. this only applies to orders made before midday. Express orders placed over the weekend will normally arrive the following Tuesday. Express deliveries always require a signature.
Overseas Shipped Orders (including Channel Islands & Eire)
Orders to overseas destinations anywhere in the world are all weight calculated and delivery costs are clearly marked in the checkout before purchase. It is important for you to stipulate which region you are from in the drop down menu. This correctly assigns charges for that region. There may however be certain items that carry an extra charge. These will be notified to you before shipping with an option to cancel order if needs be.
Please note if your delivery region and delivery address do not match, your order will be delayed while we rectify this with you.
Most items usually take 7/10 working days to arrive but please allow 28 days. Express delivery charges will normally deliver the goods within 3/5 working days to some regions. Because of the delivery situations in some parts of the world, it is advised to contact us regarding Urgent Delivery status for your region.
Where there are special "free delivery" offers from time to time, this does not cover a free "Express Delivery" service. If a "free shipping" item needs to be "Express Delivery" then please contact us or phone +44 - 870 241-7274 for pricing.
Please Note: Unless there is a specific 'special' promotion advertised, all non-UK shipments above £150 are liable to a standard shipping charge. We will notify you of the charges when you have ordered. You will always have the opportunity to agree or get a refund in part or whole before we ship.
