Returns procedure for cancelled purchases.
In order to comply with the appropriate returns procedure it is important for you to follow the steps laid out here.
- Contact us by e-mail or by post your wish to cancel or exchange your purchase. (This needs to be done within the 7 day period stipulated on the Cancellation of purchase section)
- Pack and post back to us, at the notified address that you will be given, ALL the cancelled/exchanged goods in their original packaging unopened and unused along with any other peripheral items that came with it (except for specified free add ons, if any)
- When we have received the cancelled goods we will credit your account with the amount of the goods.
- For exchange goods we will send out the replacement on receipt of the original.
- Please insure and pack well the goods on return as it is your responsibility for their safe and sound arrival at our offices.
- It is solely down to our discretion, once having received the goods, to decide whether to refund the full amount if the goods have been opened, tampered with, worn or in any other way made non re-saleable since leaving our fulfilment offices
(or those of our direct despatch suppliers).
- In returning the cancelled goods you agree to these conditions of return.
- It is also recognised that no policy of refund can be accepted whatsoever for downloadable products, DVD, video or CDs since there is no way of assuring that in the case of the downloaded goods, they have been destroyed, deleted or disposed of by the customer and with the other goods specified that they have not been used.
- Faulty of damaged in transit goods to you will of course be replaced.
- It is a condition of any refund that the customer become aware and read this returns policy before committing to a return.
- These terms will be attached to all communications e-mails and/or faxes from the outset of the process so that the customer is fully aware of the policy and what needs to be complied with and executed.
- Please be sure to include the following details with all returns: Your name, daytime telephone number, order number, and the reason for the return/exchange (size needed also please)
