Cancellations
Please confirm in writing as soon as possible. The following notice periods apply:
Four weeks notice or more – full refund of fee
Two weeks notice or more – 50% refund of fee
Less than two weeks notice – no refund
All cancellations carry a £15 administration charge.

Transferring to Another Programme
We are happy to transfer you to an alternative programme if you are unable to make the original date.
Please confirm in writing as soon as possible. The following notice periods apply:

Four weeks notice or more - free transfer to any week or weekend programme
Two weeks notice or more – 25% of the fee is retained
Less than two weeks notice – 50% of the fee is retained

All transfers carry a £15 administration charge.

You are welcome to transfer your place to a friend or colleague up to a day before the course without any
additional charges other than the administration charge. In case the course does not go ahead, you will be given the option to transfer to another course or receive a full refund.

Excluded
We do not accept liability for:
Loss or damage of personal property
Medical or psychiatric conditions developing during or after the course
Any events beyond our control (mechanical faults, weather conditions, or as insurers call “Acts of God”)

Health
All participants are requested to disclose any health conditions prior to the course starting. Any courses
involving cleansing regimes require a Health Questionnaire to be completed prior to attending the course.
