Lendrick Lodge is a place for personal growth. It is situated in the midst of the Trossachs, an area of great natural beauty of hills, lochs and forests. The house itself is surrounded by 3 acres of private grounds with its own burn, wooded areas and landscaped gardens. The accommodation is of a high standard yet retains a homely atmosphere. There is a mix of single, twin and dormitory accommodation. The food is plentiful and delicious: wholefood vegetarian served with loving care in a relaxed environment.

Ruth and John White trained with BKS Iyengar and have over 25 years teaching experience. Their teaching is a source of inspiration both spiritually and physically. Their approach is both practical and spontaneous and they endeavour to adapt the instruction to suit the ever-changing needs of their students. A full programme is offered including postures, breathing, talks and relaxation.

Kirsten Chick is a practicing nutritionist in Sussex at the College of Natural Nutrition, where she trained with Barbara Wren.

Following the success of last year’s April weekend and your interests in health foods, Kirsten Chick will give practical talks on Natural Nutrition. She is well known in her field and will talk on the chemical balance of the body, hydration and the effects of sunlight and oils.

This is a special weekend where you can choose to be wheat/dairy free (the health food cuisine is still most delicious). This will be a great de-tox weekend. Remember to drink lots of their spring water.
