Meditation is the best gift we carry with us and reveals its potent power
...only when we utilise it.

There is no real mystery to meditation, though some would make us believe that there is an esoteric veil to crack before meditation is accomplished.

Simply - meditation is the ability to still be in a space where the mind is under our total control, still and focused on the object of meditation - be it a pure thought, a positive intention, an image of a favourite diety, a candle flame or a magnificent sunset. Any of these and a thousand others.

When the mind is stilled and brought to a point of concentration without desire to get anywhere or become something, then meditation begins to evolve.
