Day two Pm. Part four: Mastery by design.
Mastery in action, MIA 2 hours each week for eight weeks.
Week one: Knowing and Doing.
Week two: Changing your mind.
Week three: Changing your mood.
Week four: Becoming flexible.
Week five: Adversity
Week six: Perspective.
Week seven: Expanding comfort zones.
Week eight: Problems and opportunities.
Mastering Stress can be taken separately from mastery in action and is distinct from mastery in action.
However, they do work synergistically with one another. Mastering stress being educational in purpose and mastery in action being training and coaching in putting that knowledge to work. It is recommended that mastery in action be taken within as short a time interval as possible after the mastering stress seminar. To take mastery in action you must have completed the Mastering Stress seminar
